Tyrone C. Moncriffe is Board Certified in Criminal Law. He is certified for first chair in Death Penalty cases in Harris County, Texas. Tyrone is Board Certified by the National of Trial Advocacy, and he is a faculty member of the Criminal Defense Institute. He lectures on acting and storytelling in trials where he uses skills learned from Sandra Zimmers Self Expression Center in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Texas Southern Univeristy magna cum laude in 1978. He graduated from Thurgood Marshall School of Law 1982. Tyrone was voted one of the Top Lawyers for the people in 2005 in H Texas Magazine, and was also selected as Texas Super Lawyer 2006, 2007 & 2008. Voted one of the best lawyers in Houston by H-Texas magazine 2008.
